The practical range of most of our gauge product line starts at 10-3 Torr. The Minitorr extends upwards to 10-1 Torr, while the Nude Type 8130 is suitable down to 10-11 Torr. All ETI Ionization Vacuum Gauges are available with either tungsten or thoria-coated iridium filaments.
